Utility Partners is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the North Houston, TX area.
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor. This job requires knowledge in several areas including: utility billing, customer service, data processing concepts, computer systems and applications related to MS Office and analytical skills. Depth of knowledge must be sufficient to propose viable solutions to service issues. This position is located in the North Houston area of Texas.
